Beginning
the Qigong Lifestyle A wonderful must-do learning curriculum to integrate all that qigong has to offer into daily living for profound self-healing and personal enlightenment. No prior experience with qigong is necessary. In 8 weeks, life begins to transform into balance, harmony and empowerment. We explore the origins of qigong and classical Chinese medicine, introduce ourselves to meridian system anatomy, qigong self-healing practices and simplified nutrition, and begin to integrate the 5 Virtues and Seasonal and Personal Energetic Attunement into lifestyle as the essential foundations of proper qigong development, natural health improvement, spiritual exploration, and personal empowerment and manifestation. The qigong exercises we learn are very gentle yet profound. For healing professionals and aspiring qigong healers, this course also fulfillls one of 2 pre-requisites for students who want to begin studies in our 4-year Clinical Qigong Healing program which commences in September 2008.
